Miami skyline will speak Italian. Few days ago, was presented Flatiron Brickell, a new 64-floor skyscraper by the italian real estate enterprise CMC Group to be completed in Miami, in 2018. The tower will be built in the financial district in Miami and aims to become the icon of the “Made in Italy” in Florida.
“The structure of the tower will be characterized by curving lines and decorated with marbles, glass and plate glasses” – states Ugo Colombo, founder of CMC Group – “All the apartments will be furnished following a custom-tailored project, with Italian high quality furnitures. The different areas of the apartments are studied to provide comfort, luxury, beauty and uniqueness to the residents”.
Flatiron, The “Made in Italy” scrapes the sky of Miami
With its 64 floors and 224 meters of height, Flatiron Brickell will take the “Made in Italy” in the sky of Miami. The new skyscraper will host 549 apartments, provided with panoramic terraces and high-tech systems. A place not only to reside in, but also to live. The building will be provided with olympic swimming pool, movie theatre, wine tasting, recreation room, business center and an event area.
Sky Spa, swimming suspended in Miami skyline
The pearl of Brickell Flatiron could only be at the 64th floor, on the top of the building. Here will be the Sky Spa, suspended in the sky and provided with a panoramic swimming pool, a wellness center, a turkish bath, a sauna and a high-tech gym, to fit and swim with a 360°-view of Miami.
“This will be my best skyscraper“, Ugo Colombo states proudly. Also the price is remarkable: the apartments start from 7.500 $ per meter, in a period in which the real estate market is slowing down. But Ugo Colombo isn’t worried about sales: “We have already sold more than half of the residential units and by 2018 they will be sold out”.
