Italy is an amazing Country, especially from a culinary point of view. Thanks to Italy’s unique territorial geography and troubled history every region, every city and every town has its own traditional dishes and food. These delicacies “Made in Italy” are the result of the patient work of small artisan factories scattered all over Italy.

IFFIFF (Italian Finest Food) is a company whose main purpose is to find small artisan factories and help them to be noticed worldwide, by supporting them to face the international market, which is not as simple as it sounds.
We know that the products we promote are unique and great, but we are also aware that this is not enough to make them successful on the international market. We believe that to achieve this goal the buyers needs to know how that particular product has been made, its production methods and, most of all, how to cook it correctly, otherwise it will be a guaranteed failure. For example, it would be impossible persuade a Chinese man to choose an Italian rise if we don’t let him to taste risotto first and if we don’t tell him everything about how to cook it to perfection.

This is why IFF is engaged to spread the Italian culinary tradition all over the world. In order to do so, we organize tasting and theme nights, we take part in food fairs and exhibitions, we organize interviews with the artisans to discover their secrets, ask them which is the main difference between a high-quality product and an industrial one and how to recognize them; we try to explain to consumers the right way to cook traditional Italian dishes, its history and how to match each of them with the right wine
Well…Italy is full of “good news” that is only waiting to be discovered and served on the table all over the world.
