His latest investment was an Italian startup dedicated to sustainable food. Hippeas was founded in the 2016 by an Italian entrepreneur Livio Bisterzo. Operating mainly from the offices in London and Los Angeles it promotes biological snacks made from legumes and beans. This year Leonardo Di Caprio joined the Strand Equity Partners foundation to support the development of Hippeas.
