Pininfarina has been best known over the past 60 years for its design of most Ferraris, but to expand the application of their design services the firm began developing products beyond automotive in the 1980’s. Celebrating their 85th anniversary, Pininfarina unveiled its Icon85 Collection last week. They will issue 85 examples of each piece in the collection.
The Icon85 Collection
These six products and Pininfarina’s partners celebrate the “Made in Italy” with their shared values of elegance, skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail and innovation. All the Icon85 products are photographed with other Pininfarina designs, mostly cars. A perfect example of brand endorsement.
The list of partners for these collection is naturally impressive.
