The Future Makers 2018 – an event organized by The Boston Consulting Group as a gesture of “giveback” to the country and the society – has started yesterday in Milan and is going on until the 17th of May.
In the limelight of the event there are 100 most talented students from Italian and European Universities. These have been accurately selected by the BCG HR team and invited to spend these 4 days in Milan to take part in the event that, with a high probability, may become in some sense life-changing for many of them.
What is The Future Makers?
The main objective of the initiative of the Italian office of The Boston Consulting Group is to make a significant contribution to the upbringing of the young generation of the future leaders. The idea behind The Future Makers event is to bring together 100 most talented students and give them a unique opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and learn both from each other and from the most important characters of the Italian and international business community.
The schedule of The Future Makers 2018
This year the 100 participants of The Future Makers 2018 will spend four intense days of networking together with more than 30 BCG experts as well as a number of well-known lecturers such as Riccardo Zacconi (the founder of Candy Crush), Cristina Scocchia (CEO of KIKO Milano), Claudio Descalzi (CEO of ENI), Alberto Mantovani (Scientific Director of the Humanitas Clinic Institution) and many others.
The main topics of this edition are digitalization, industrial transformation, the biggest economic and cultural challenges of nowadays, creativity and scientific research.
